Very good user interface wirh easy participation by project participants. Implementation was also easy with a very effective prompt / reminder system to keep users engaged and the tracking up to date. Most importantly it turns project progress reviews from being adversarial ("why are you late with this?") to a collaborative approach ("this one looks like it beginning to slip, before it does what can we do" etc). From there the system then provides a basis on which to judge if any new initiatives should be progressed or deferred. Perdoo's supporting videos, articles, and blogs are exceptionally produced and helpful. **What do you dislike about Perdoo?** I wish that more of the screens where easier to export or manipulate for printing. The strategy map is helpful, but if there were a way to see how each department's OKRs align with company OKRs, Ultimate Goal, etc. and then to be able to print those out on paper to scribble notes and mark-up during discussions would be nice. We don't all have access to our devices during stand-up meetings and sometimes paper and pen is preferable to edits made in real time. **What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** The OKR system is helping my small staff articulate then align our goals and metrics. It has provided an effective solution by streamlining goal-setting processes and also facilitated transparent communication within my team, regarding individual and company goals and progress. It automates several process steps for you, such as regular check-ins, that are fundamental to any part of strategic execution. I'm a big fan of the team supporting Perdoo and leading the way for strategic planning and execution. **What do you dislike about Perdoo?** It's another tool, which always poses an initial barrier to adoption. We're swimming in tools, but I believe this to be an essential one. Creating familiarities for users and solid integrations seems like a good path out of this. **What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Initially, there's a big hurdle to get started with OKRs after setting them up. There's no direct way to write down, track, and discuss goals structurally, map them out to your strategy, and see how the overall strategy is progressing or where it's not. Having this in one place is the initial reason for me to look for a tool like Perdoo. ### 15. Great management tool to prompt employees to keep their OKR's and KPI's up to date and ensure it is being used frequently - Plenty of online and cusotmer support to help individuals new to Perdoo, online training available and a good help section **What do you dislike about Perdoo?** As it is a completely new approach to managing objectives and key results it did take some time to fully implement and set up the OKR's. I would recommend anyone using it to nominate a 'champion' to lead and guide everyone through the initial set up. I'm not using Perdoo for long, so it's not so easy to find something what doesn't work for me, but sometimes I'm a little bit lost during adding results in OKR. I don't know where to click to have my results and it sometimes opens on "closed" tasks. Probably because I've been wathing the close one previosuly, but it would be better to open this tab with "active" rather than last opend. I also like the flexibility in defining KRs and the success metrics around them, and the linking between different initiatives. **What do you dislike about Perdoo?** I suppose if I had to nitpick, it can get fiddle to adjust KRs if you need to do so for many at once.
