**What do you like best about Per4mance.io?**

What I like best about Per4mance.io is that our Production Teams have full control over time entry and figuring bonus.  This way they have real-time data over their wages which helps create transparency in their pay.  We no longer lose good people to a few more dollars per hour pay.

**What do you dislike about Per4mance.io?**

One area that I know is in development to be improved is reporting for the leadership team.

**What problems is Per4mance.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My managers used to spend about six hours every pay week figuring out bonuses. At least a few times a month, something would be wrong, which caused delays between payroll and accounting. Our production team would inevitably feel taken advantage of because it seemed like it was messing with their pay. In reality, it was simply the sheer amount of manual calculations that had to be done, and the managers often had to work into the evening or even on weekends to meet deadlines.
