The managers found the tool to be extremely intuitive and easy to use. The letter generation process is very efficient, and regenerating letters due to late changes, etc. is very easy to do.
The Pequity team can customize the software to meet your specific needs with the use of calculated fields and custom data. It's been great to have flexible software vs. rigid fields that require us to change our process.
