The level of support they provide, their knowledge of the system, and their turnaround times have been greatly appreciated throughout the 3 compensation cycles we've run with them. Jaki was our primary support contact, and she has done a phenomenal job supporting us! The managers found the tool to be extremely intuitive and easy to use. The letter generation process is very efficient, and regenerating letters due to late changes, etc. is very easy to do. The Pequity team can customize the software to meet your specific needs with the use of calculated fields and custom data. It's been great to have flexible software vs. rigid fields that require us to change our process. We've really enjoyed our experience with the Pequity team and software! **What do you dislike about Pequity?** We found Pequity met all of our needs and have no feedback to share regarding dislikes. Their product roadmap has features we've shared would be useful to add and they are are continously working to enhance their software. **What problems is Pequity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Simplifying the compensation planning process and minimizing the time needed from the compensation team to support the process. ### 2. Jaki worked with us throughout implementation and the running of the cycle and she was so professional and personable throughout. No request was too hard, and if it wasn't possible we would find a work around. Managers had nothing but positive feedback on the system and made the process a lot more transparent. The system itself is very flexible and user friendly. **What do you dislike about Pequity?** Overall we found the product met our needs. I would like the ability for admins to do more on the system as opposed to rely on Jaki so much but I understand this is on the roadmap. I would also like better reporting functionality. **What problems is Pequity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our aim was to move away from excel to allow for a more transparent process which is exactly what Pequity allowed us to do. ### 3. The software is easy to navigate and customize and the support I recieved while implementing and after was incredible. **What do you dislike about Pequity?** With pequity being a new software, there are still things on the roadmap that are not yet deployed. **What problems is Pequity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pequity removed our need for so many spreadsheets, manual data analysis and constantly questioning where our accurate data was.
