The credit application submission process is seamless as well. **What do you dislike about PBS Systems?** The service write-up process takes significantly longer than the other software that we have used in the past. The latest update removes too much of the separation between windows and makes things harder to find. **What problems is PBS Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?** PBS has allowed us to integrate sales deals with service work orders, and easily process the final deal over to accounting. This has eliminated some redundancies in our processes, especially at month end. ### 7.
