I use the website regularly to review my medical expense FSA and reimbursements. I keep a close eye on that so I can't be "to the penny" at the end of the year. Because of how often I am looking at this stuff, the time taken is negligible as I can get in, check out what is necessary, make any adjustments needed, and get out as quickly as possible. Very easy to install and intuitive to use. It's helped for new employee integration and settling the HR compliance needs from new employees. This gives our employees one area for summary of HR policies, training, and benefits, process requirements. The system works smoothly and the IT support is very strong and interactive. Nothing - it's very easy to use and very intuitive. At times, when needing IT support, it takes a number of discussions with them for their understanding and ability to either correct the issue or guide us to the correct application within the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
