What do you like best about Pattern PXM?

Using Amplifi.io has reenvisioned the way we approach our entire content organization and system. The software is streamlined yet customizable enough to feel unique to our needs and geared to both our internal team and external stakeholders. The amount of capabilities has surpassed our current needs, which provides the opportunity for growth moving forward. Our customer success contact at Amplifi.io has delivered above and beyond guidance and support to help with traditional onboarding and many additional requests. So, despite our mass amount of content, they have made the process smooth. What do you dislike about Pattern PXM?

What problems is Pattern PXM solving and how is that benefiting you?

One problem we have solved is a content bottleneck stopping at the Marketing Department. This allows more people to have access in a timely fashion. It has also drastically cut our Sales Team Member's time in sharing content when needed. In the same vein, we increased the time we can provide assets for eCommerce, thus generating revenue quicker. We are early in our industry to use this tool and have found great success with our customers and their appreciation to be able to utilize the assets more easily. "Excellent System for Combined DAM and PIM"

What do you like best about Pattern PXM?

The three main features I liked best are:

1. The fact that Amplifi.io offers PIM (product information management) capabilities in its DAM, allowing customers access not only to digital assets but also key product information, features and benefits.

2. The left-hand navigation system allows listing by brand of each individual product model offered.

3. The ability to set up different “regions” allowing us to create separate access and views for a sister brand, and an inhouse training academy that presented a service rather than a product. There were a couple of things that required remembering, or one would miss it – these aren't glitches to the system at all, but not intuitive to occasional users. What do you dislike about Pattern PXM?

1. With the different folder views for files and collections, if you couldn’t find an image, you were in the wrong location.

2. Logo files are stored in two different locations depending on the file type. i.e., if the file is an eps file it’s stored in the misc. file, not in the image file (because it’s not an image). Once you know this, it’s not an issue, though it's not intuitive for first-time or occasional users.

3. A user needs to make sure they don't just delete a folder but remove it altogether; otherwise, it will go into an unassociated folder. We had some admins in different regions that didn't understand that, and files were often going into unassociated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pattern PXM solving and how is that benefiting you?

With the Regions set-up, we have been able to set up a completely different access for one of our sister companies. They are a competing brand of sorts, so having completely different access is essential. We could also provide our in-house training instructors a portal to store their digital assets for only their use (only they have access. What do you dislike about Pattern PXM?

My dislikes with the platform are all specific to the overall onboarding experience and are not at all specific to the platform and technology itself. Amplifi wants to make the platform work for every single use case but once signed on, there is little follow-up to help each client ensure onboarding is completed. My specific case may be the result of timing alone, but there were times where I had to follow up multiple times and then go above my POC before I received a response / update. Recommendations to others considering Pattern PXM:

A great alternative to platforms like Brandfolder, especially for any teams who have a smaller to non-existent marketing department. "Awesome combined PIM & DAM at a price SMB's can afford"

What do you like best about Pattern PXM?

Personalized support from a dedicated customer success manager, who took the time to learn about our business and understand the data and asset management challenges we were facing as a result of rapid growth. This custom and personalized onboarding meant our most significant pain points were prioritized and quickly addressed.

The straightforward UX makes onboarding tech-challenged staff easy and has led to widespread adoption within our organization.

The filename-based folder tagging feature is fantastic! Instead of spending hours filing away product assets, we now literally drag and drop them (in bulk) into amplifi, and they are imported into their respective product folders in seconds! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pattern PXM?

We can't currently upload product data ourselves in bulk via .csv import. Though this is a temporary complaint as I know Amplifi has this feature in development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pattern PXM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before implementing Amplifi, our product data and assets were scattered across various shared folders, drop boxes & employee hard drives. Finding the required data or asset took much longer than it should, not to mention you would often find multiple versions which would add confusion to what is current and correct. Sharing product data and assets with external stakeholders was time consuming and inefficient.

With Amplifi, we now have a single source of truth for product data and assets. Staff can find what they are looking for quickly and can add missing data/files quickly to ensure catalogue is up to date. The various export and sharing options mean we can quickly pull the required data and files and make them available to our customers & partners in their preferred format. The landing page and the quick access to the products

All features are amazing and super friendly

All tools are usage and nothing has been deactivated
