They take care of all the monthly and quarterly filings, allowing me to focus on my business. Cost is much lower compared to other companies and the customer service is always available and polite. **What do you dislike about Patriot Software?** Sometimes, they are slow in updating their system with new state rules. However, a phone call usually is enough to get things straightened out. For example, my company only has me as an employee, and in my state, I can opt out of worker's comp and unemployment insurance.
