As a virtual assistant providing social media marketing for a number of small SMM companies, I liked that Path Social's AI targeting algorithm closely matched my clients' Instagram accounts to real people in their niches so that authentic interaction rather than fake romance could occur. It took seconds to get set up, and the genius algorithms instantly compiled with the most effective hashtags that suit each individual clients’ style of content. In terms of user-friendliness, the platform rates very high for me, the dashboard is intuitive and you can make adjustments easily with little to no learning curve. Implementation was smooth and simple as it interfaced well with the Instagram flows we already had in place, I was able to set it up for several accounts in less than an hour. I contacted customer service in both chat and email and they responded within hours to my questions on how to optimize. I use it a lot, at least three or four times a week, to track progress and alter targeting. Feature set is good, analytics and growth-tracker detailed enough to justify what I show my clients. It integrated easily with other systems, such as content scheduling, without needing to do custom development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The results have been great, but if it’s quite a competitive niche, the initial rate at which the growth takes place can feel slow compared with what was promised, which did take some patience from my clients. Also, the pricing to choose during sign up could be more obvious so that there won't be any doubts afterwards. In the ease-of-use department, it’s generally intuitive, but the advanced targeting options may be a bit daunting for beginners new to social media advertising. Seeding / implementation is quite straightforward for the most part although I had an issue on one setup and needed help. Customer service is friendly but not available round the clock, so the timing of issues is paramount. Frequency of use I can handle, but I would like ti more automatischer notifications when my processor performance heat dropped. It's got enough features, but there are no deep demographic breakdowns. Ease of integration Too bad it’s limited to Instagram… but that could grow in the future to support more platforms out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
