I saw a really steady growth. Unlike other services, Pat social doesn’t promise overnight success, so I think that’s what makes it a little bit more legitimate. What do you like best about Path Social?

For me, sourcing leads and also allowing brand dominance in particular regions is vital. The secret sauce of Path Social is the AI targeting. I can set parameters that reflect our ideal customer profile — industry, tech interests, even competitors they follow. It was a relief how simple it was for me to depoy and I set it up at our corporate account within 15 minutes without involvement of IT. Dashboard is clear and scales grow at a glance, so it’s very effective in use, I need only several check-ins per week to see how many things grow. It hums along in the background and provides a steady vehicle for early stage pipeline or top-of-funnel mindshare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Path Social?

My two main criticisms are integration and functionality. I’m a manager, so I want to tie growth metrics back to our CRM pipe line, but there’s no native Salesforce or HubSpot integration. This introduces a reporting process, which needs to be done manually. And don't get me started on the sub-par analytics… It has enough features to scale while still not offering the depth I need. I can see follower gain but not what companies or job titles these now accounts may represent, and that's really important for my territory planning.
