The daycare defers me to customer support, and rightfully so. Communication with the classroom teacher or the school is confusing, there's multiple threads going on. You can't centralize in a place where to find kids photos or videos. You get bombarded with notifications, so when you tune them out, you miss announcement that requires your attention. **What problems is Parent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting updates about my child, including information and photos.
