We've been with them for a few years and are happy with the improvements they've made. When we have issues, they are fairly quick to handle them. Some features that we've requested they are still in progress on making/creating. In talking with them, they are very innovative and keeping up with technology which is very reassuring for us. **What do you dislike about Papertrell?** There is a large time difference between where we are (Los Angeles, California) and where they are located. However, we've always been able to jump on a zoom call, albeit very late at night our time/their time or very early. **What problems is Papertrell solving and how is that benefiting you?** They created a custome app for our ebooks and audiobooks. ### 2.
