# Best Farm Management Software for Consolidating Inventory and Accounting Across Multiple Locations

Quick answer: Granular and Conservis are the two platforms G2 reviewers most consistently describe as pulling inventory, cost, and accounting data into a single system across multiple fields, farms, or entities, based on real reviews in the Farm Management category.

I'm digging into this because a lot of farm management tools handle inventory or handle accounting well on their own, but reviewers rarely say a tool does both once you're running more than one location, and the review evidence here backs that distinction up:

Granular (4.5/5, 44 reviews): Reviewers describe tracking inventory from field to consumer alongside contract and grain settlement data, plus cost-share reports that break out shared inputs by landlord or entity, useful once you're managing more than one operation.

Conservis (4.8/5, 15 reviews): Multiple reviewers specifically describe replacing the spreadsheets they used to track inputs between separate entities and landlords, with tickets that roll up into reports on how much was applied and how much inventory remains per field or farm.

farmbrite (4.7/5, 15 reviews): Worth flagging as the exception. It gets strong marks for bookkeeping and livestock inventory tracking on its own, but a reviewer running a farm operation specifically notes that its accounting doesn't integrate with invoicing and there's no point-of-sale capability, which works against the "one platform" part of this question.

Are you trying to consolidate inventory and accounting into a single system, or is it more that you need visibility across separate entities or landlords? Those aren't quite the same requirement, and it changes which of these fits better.

I think the harder part of multi-location consolidation is keeping the underlying records consistent enough for the rolled-up view to mean something. If fields or entities use different input names, costing methods, or inventory processes, one dashboard can still hide messy reconciliation underneath. I’d want to know whether Granular or Conservis actually standardizes those workflows across locations, or whether finance still has to clean things up before producing consolidated reports.
