It's good, fast paced, pure energy. **What do you dislike about Pantera Tools?** What do I dislike about Pantera is simple. They killed Dimebag. Wtf would someone do that for. I still use it even though we are using different software now. I create work orders which I can easily go back and track. **What do you dislike about Pantera Tools?** No reports for following up and work order status. **What problems is Pantera Tools solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to pull our vendor information directly into a work order. It is a great tool for being able to tell if your vendor has received your request without disrupting them with a phone call ### 3. Pantera also grows the more you use it - the more bids you have submitted, the more historical data you have and you can track subcontractor relationships. Pantera also helps accelerate the process of bringing on new hires because they can filter results and find the right subcontractors to invite to bid. Overall Pantera has an extremely high potential. **What do you dislike about Pantera Tools?** It is often very difficult to update and change entries for companies. This leads to having multiple entries for the same company which obscures interactions and disrupts records. Pantera also struggles with integration with Microsoft Excel. The import/export features are often tedious and do not allow for as much data cleansing as I would hope. **Recommendations to others considering Pantera Tools:** Setting up Pantera correctly is key. Be sure to have a condensed list of contacts as this will reduce headache later on. Pantera also has settings that allow for subcontractors to allow MBE/DBE/WBE certifications which is unbelievably useful for public bids. Also taking the time to correctly attribute trades and writing detailed updates during a bid allows for you to utilize to full potential of Pantera. **What problems is Pantera Tools solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pantera allows for all members of an estimating team to see what subcontractors are actively bidding a project and any updates they have given.
