**What do you like best about Archdesk?**

I like how user-friendly the software is; it suits everyone's individual abilities. Even people with limited computer knowledge can use Archdesk seamlessly. I also like how much information you can have in each different project, it stops the need for double entry.

**What do you dislike about Archdesk?**

I find the front page slightly limiting, I think this is something that is being worked on, but I would like to add more information to all of the project front sheets.

**What problems is Archdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Archdesk is a great tool as it works for every department within our workplace. We can all use one piece of software to gain the information we need for the work we have to complete. It has stopped us from having to enter the same information multiple times into multiple systems.

**What do you like best about Archdesk?**

I like that everything is in one place. I like how much info you can store on each job. I find the front screen helpful for billing and getting info easy for accounts.

**What do you dislike about Archdesk?**

I sometimes dislike the speed that everything loads at, it can sometimes take quite a while to be able to go from project to project and when trying to complete a long list of billing this can up valuable time.

**What problems is Archdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing all departments to be able to go to one place for the information they need for various jobs. It has also stopped us from having to do a lot of double entry.

**What do you like best about Archdesk?**

I love the live map that pins where all our jobs are located so we can see where most of our work is. To top off, if you hover over the location, it tells you all the information needed for the job and will even take you to the project!

**What do you dislike about Archdesk?**

The most unhelpful thing I am finding with Archdesk at the moment is the stock list; it is tough to edit once it has been uploaded especially if you have lots of products you sell!

**What problems is Archdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Archdesk is helping solve several things, but the main two would be accessibility for our project managers on-site to the documents needed and making our processes as seamless as possible!

I like that archdesk is straight forward and easy to use. The customer service team are also very helpful and super quick at answering any queries

**What do you dislike about Archdesk?**

downside to Archdesk is that the customisation side is very limited and a bit dull. Also when producing a quote its abit of a lengthy task

**What do you like best about Archdesk?**

The system works seamlessly between estimates /quotes and invoicing.  The schedule and program section work well. Generally a great all-around product. Support are very helpful

**What do you dislike about Archdesk?**

The only downside is the system does not yet offer proof of document receipt and automatic reminders. However, this feature is hopefully coming soon.
This is the main improvement we would like at this stage.

Archdesk links all of our quotes, invoices and purchases together, helping keep everything in one place.
It also links all the documents to the specific project and project program.
It speeds up the time taken to produce estimates for projects.

**What do you like best about Archdesk?**

Archdesk , is easy to use once you start. It helps with keeping track of processes and jobs with your company. The system is very up to date / modern. You can keep records of each job which allows other employees to work efficently as a team.

**What do you dislike about Archdesk?**

The main thing i would say needs improving is that part of the system, could be updated to allow a bit more customisation, being able to add other information in different areas.

Archdesk, helps within the workplace, i feel it helps everyone in the office and business keep things more organised as a team. Also its easy to check processes of jobs.

What I like the most about this solution is that it is cloud-based and designed to help business customers in the manufacturing, service and construction industries and help us automate all the resources for managing a project. of construction.

**What do you dislike about Archdesk?**

So far everything is going well, however it could improve in being able to switch between appointments and files more quickly and that you do not need to have a file open on the PC to be able to work.

It solves the problem of being able to support the information of the business or projects with the various applications it has, among the information that we can manage is that of fixed assets, financial, materialex, etc.

Full process oriented on office, tendering and transparency in data. Customization of system from admin perspective.

**What do you dislike about Archdesk?**

UX. Very often not user-friendly way how to change the data, repair data etc. Not possible to create amendment right away from Quote to given Purchase Order.

It is very easy to navigate in the app and easy to collaborate with other software.

**What do you dislike about Archdesk?**

Sometimes there is a little delay and I wonder how accurate the result is. But those are not really cons.

Construction management is always hard to track. Archdesk helps a lot for sure!

**What do you like best about Archdesk?**

I like how streamlined Archdesk tries to make business management.  When I start a project, I like to create an action plan.  This will list the critical activities and their due dates.  Archdesk helps with managing these projects by creating critical workflows.  It gives you a nice overview of your projects, giving you the status, associated costs and completion progress.

**What do you dislike about Archdesk?**

Like I mentioned, I like to create an action plan for my projects.  This also involves make and maintaining a Gantt Chart showing project progress.  One thing that could be improved in the Gantt Chart project plans.  While good, it is not as nearly as throrough as other programs such as MS Project.

**Recommendations to others considering Archdesk:**

It is a pretty robust platform.  I just felt like there are a lot of options and functions.  It was a steep learning curve and I still don't have a full grasp of Archdesk's full capability.  I'm sure with more use, I'll be able to utilize more of the powerful functions of this software.

**What problems is Archdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I like best about Archdesk is the payment tracking system.  Archdesk keeps track of payments for me.  It notifies you when a payment is due or overdue.  For me, sometimes this stuff falls through the cracks and it's nice to get a notification when payments are due.  It can also keep track of when a client pays you and will calculate how much of the remaining balance is due and will also create an invoice for the remaining portion.  Archdesk tries to stream line as much of this process as possible.
