VERY impressive to have someone who spends time fielding customer inquiries, says a lot about how much the company cares about the level of customer service they provide. **What do you dislike about PreconSuite?** I think the knowldge base should have more key words for novice users to help find help articles. **What problems is PreconSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pipeline ties all the aspects of the bid package together. I work with project managers in their 60s and 70s who have no problem viewing plans and sending bids. It is also easy to store and look up contractors and suppliers. **What do you dislike about PreconSuite?** Contractors and suppliers can upload bids, but they bids will not be attached to a project. It makes it more difficult to build an overall bid with this system. There is also an app that only shows the ddress book. It would be very helpful to have the entire program on the phone. **What problems is PreconSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes it easy for me to send out bid invites with the plans and specifications. I love that our list stays our own & our subs do not get hundreds of unwanted emails from unknown companies. (Which is easily my biggest gripe of their competitors.) The system is easy to use. The reports are useful especially for proof of call logs & XBE participation goals. Our subcontractors like it too. Easy to download documents & submit bids. **What do you dislike about PreconSuite?** If you don't click "update" & forget before clicking out of the tab (or your internet blinks out), you will loose your changes. Other than that, I love it. **What problems is PreconSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sending out Invitations easily, quickly & allowing my Subcontractors to dowload the plans. ### 4. There are lots of complex bidding software solutions out there, what I like about pipeline is it's simplicity. Bidders recieve an email and have all they need to interact with pipeline in that email. It's very easy to create a job and send out invites. Customer support is responsive, when I have had a problem it's been resolved within the day. It is very easy to update contacts, estimators change often and it's easy to update email contacts to make sure the correct bidder is getting the information. **What do you dislike about PreconSuite?** The user interface could use a refresh, but it is very functional. **What problems is PreconSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pipeline makes sending bid inivitations out a breeze. You create, maintain, and build your list of subcontractors that can help you win your projects. It does a great job of building a database of information on your subs. It is very easy to use the sotfaware and the support team does a great job of answering any questions you have. The platform also allows Subcontractors to update their own company contact details as things change within their businesses to ensure they aren't missing any bid invitations from us. Customer Support has also been STELLAR. It was recommended to us by one of our JV partners, and we've been very happy with it. Their customer support team made implementation a breeze, and have been very prompt in answering and addressing any questions we might have. We previously used iSqFt and ConstructConnect Bid Management, and find Pipeline Suite to superior in every possible way. **What do you dislike about PreconSuite?** Bidder are catergorized by trades, so when you import your bid lists, you have to make sure that the trades are properly assigned, or else all the bidders go into an unassigned category and you have to manually assign them to a trade. **What problems is PreconSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pipeline Suite streamlines our bid management process. ### 14. Pipeline allows us to get information out quickly and to the right people. Our current internal database is clunky, and difficult to send out invitations (multiple mass emails). If you are looking for a very intuitive program to manage bid invites, Pipeline Suite is very effective. **What problems is PreconSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** You are solving large file distribution and multiple vendor distribution for bid solicitation.
