Recommendations to others considering iSqFt:
iSqFt is easy to use--I've not uploaded my own files on it, but I frequently browse other contractor files and all the information I need for the bid (due date, number of addendums, addresses, contractor notes, etc) is easy to locate. Everything is simple and easy to locate. Maybe I'm strange, but I like the "older" look of the website as opposed to a "sleeker" or more modern design. Might sound weird but it makes everything easier to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is iSqFt solving and how is that benefiting you?
I generally use iSqFt to receive and manage projects I'm bidding on, so I use it a LOT in conjunction with getting plans from contractors and occasionally submitting bids through it. Sometimes I wish my company used it to get plans to OUR vendors, as occasionally plan files are too big to send over email. Everything is organized right where I need it from the GCs we bid to. I can let someone know I'm bidding a project as well as submit bids, if I so chose, though I generally send mine over email just for ease of communication and recording on my end.
