For specific companies that focus on not so common articles, the searches are many times not completely adjusted to us. For example we manufacture bike racks and using the expressions «bike» or «bicycle» 99% of the time don't match our business, and are just projects that mention they will «cross a bike path» or even worse Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate how ConstructConnect Project Intelligence helps me find so many projects and leads all in one place. It makes my work easier and has definitely made life simpler for me. I also like the feature that allows me to send quotes to multiple bidders on the same project at once, which is pretty convenient. This isn't so much the software itself, but some general contractors will just want you to send in the info in different ways. So maybe they don't want us to submit our proposal through ConstructConnect. They want it to email us, or they're trying to take us to another site. I like that ConstructConnect Project Intelligence offers both project and company searches, which is a great feature. I appreciate the accessibility to contract plans and opportunities to share these documents with others within our organization. The setup's been extremely easy from the get-go. We were appointed with a great resource within the ConstructConnect platform, and our account rep has always been easily accessible whenever we have questions. Occasionally, there are delays in updates to the project standing. For example, after a project has gone out to bid and the award date has passed, sometimes the low bidder isn't recognized on the platform. Project intelligence is very helpful in finding information on bidding jobs and most of the time is is accurate and in real time. I can usually find all the information that I need regarding specific jobs, potential bidders and documents regarding jobs. I use Project Intelligence at least 3 days a week and love how easy it is to use. I also really like that I can have information on specific jobs emailed to me when there is an update. Often times there are jobs listed that do not align with our company. ConstructConnect Project Intelligence would operate more efficiently if more queries were asked/answered to better narrow the nature of each project, this would allow for easier sorting to weed out the RFPs that do not align with our field.
