I appreciate the ability to see scopes on an upcoming project so I can notify my sales team early. What do you dislike about ConstructConnect Project Intelligence?

Sometimes the searching by words can bring in jobs that do not have what we're looking for... so I wonder if some AI integration would work better to narrow in on the most desired search results. With that being said, it's better to see more than what you need versus seeing less, so I appreciate the capability to search by keywords at all. Not all systems offer this functionality. What problems is ConstructConnect Project Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?

We sell exclusive products in our territory, so Project Intelligence is the best option in the industry to find out about upcoming or existing work that we have not been sent information on yet. Otherwise, we'd rely solely on General Contractor employees to feed us information. This allows for autonomy and driving our work rather than being reactive to what we're provided (and possibly missing out on things that we would not have seen otherwise). What do you like best about ConstructConnect Project Intelligence?

The quick search view provides a project value that, for my business unit, is helpful in determining if the project will fit in our min/max financial limits. Of course location is the first criteria before pricing but then I can sort right from the search view by bid dates, type of project, and if there are documents available. One of the greatest perks are the documents; most often they will have the specs, drawings, and any future addendums all in one tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConstructConnect Project Intelligence?

The project values do not always reflect the value of the entire project, I suspect that in those cases the value may have been an engineering value and not the final value. What problems is ConstructConnect Project Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?

ConstructConnect (CC) is a one-stop-shop for us. CC can eliminate the need to possess multiple accounts you have setup by client (some of which comes at a cost) as well as show clients that you are not already tuned into. The ability to setup email notifications has tremendously helped our group to react quicker to invitations to bid. We have several daily email notifications we have setup that drill down to location, customer, value, and bid date. "Easy to Use with Great Customization, Just Missing Logo Upload"

I'm able to find more projects and connect with more GC's, meaning I can bid on more projects at once vs having to research upcoming projects and then finding the GC's. With ConstrucConnect, it shows me all the information I need like GC's floor plans, etc...I'm saving time and money by not having to spend time researching for work. The service area map seems to miss over a lot of projects that I know are going on in the area and the projects in general seem to be updated very seldomly which is very bad for business since we deal with bid dates and need to be up to date at all times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I need to know when projects are going on in my area and have all of the drawings and specs for them, when they are up to date it works perfectly, but I can almost guarantee that it is not up to date, especially when compared to the direct competition like RapidsRepro. I find it excellent that ConstructConnect Project Intelligence is the main platform used in our company, as it provides continuity in our lead generation operations. Additionally, the interface is very pleasant and easy to use, which makes it easy to understand, especially with the assistance of an experienced colleague. A standout feature is the accuracy of the information it offers, as it provides us with truthful and real-time data on construction projects in the United States, allowing us to directly contact the companies involved to offer our services. I love the functionality of the filters, as it helps me identify the right leads without complications. It has happened to me many times that the people shown by ConstructConnect Project Intelligence as working at certain companies are no longer there. I use this website and service nearly every day, and I really enjoy it. It allows me to view projects that are directly related to the divisions I work in, so I don't have to sift through countless projects searching for specific keywords. I find it frustrating that certain details within a project are occasionally overlooked, which can cause me to miss out on jobs. What is most helpful about ConstructConnect is the platform shows current real time updated projects. The contact information is listed. I feel the documents part is not necessary if there is no plans, docs, etc... added 99% of the time. There are times the project is complete and still listed on ConstructConnect as if the contacts are still looking for a GC. Sometimes I have to research for an email address because it's not listed.
