**What do you like best about Palcode.ai?**

My favorite part about working with Palcode.ai is building a solution for what my company "Needs". When working with Palcode.ai were not paying for a broad stroke of functionality we are assembling precision workflows based on what works for us!

**What do you dislike about Palcode.ai?**

As all new things go you have to work out the bugs. At times we'll run into issues with reporting/recording data.

**What problems is Palcode.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Palcode.ai we have solved our bid solicitation workflow.  We use to use an excel spreadsheet (Distribution List) and the Microsoft word "mail merge" feature to send 500+ emails. This worked but did lead to a couple hours of answering emails and updating the tracker to reflect our results. This workflow is now very simple in we set up the project, select our distribution, and send it on its merry way! Full automation with follow up emails for unresponsive subs as well as Ai phone calls to those hard to reach contacts.
