PaceKB hosts your Knowledge Base for you, and a basic plan is available for businesses free of charge.

**What do you like best about PaceKB?**

To date, PaceKB has been a great help to reduce our customer support teams workload.  This has allowed customers to find the answers independently to our most frequently asked questions (FAQs).

**What do you dislike about PaceKB?**

Robust analytics and reporting features are lacking in PaceKB.  It would be cool if I could track user engagement metrics on search terms and which articles they most likely viewed.

**What problems is PaceKB solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With PaceKB both our support team and clients have been able to reduce the volume of repetitive questions.  With faster resolution times and a lower support cost, customers can now answer their FAQ questions on their own.
