I've been using them as my payment processor for a while and was able to process substantial amounts with no issues. Excellent support and a very straightforward integration process. It's a shame they don't have more reviews. As a merchant, I honestly think they exceed expectations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has been very hard for me to find a crypto payment gateway that were allowing white label payments (so essentially having your own branding for your checkout) , I believe in some industries like mine (cyber security), making sure everything looks owned by you makes it more comfortable to your users. it was very easy to setup with the documentation and it allows me to receive more cryptocurrencies than ever which is surprising on how many of my customers are using something else than the two most known crypto (btc/eth). I reached support once and I was responded very fast (to know what ip to whitelist from the webhook endpoint), but never really needed support because of how good it is. I have received 8k usd last month in cryptocurrency, and total of 16k usd. I would say it's worth the fees because they are very reliable and easy to use. One minor thing is the live chat which says in the title (1) of the webpage, which I believe is annoying because you might be thinking you are getting a payment while you're not, but let's say you pretty much get used to it and there's other ways to monitor new payments using their api properly.

One major thing which at the very begginning of me researching for a payment gateway for crypto is that it's hard to understand who really owns oxapay, having official faces/representatives of the company on the website would of made me feels safer to use. because lets be honest its a bit scary to think you might get scammed when launching a product you worked for months on, by your payment gateway. but i still gave it a try and im not disappointed. thats also why im making this review, to let people know that this platform is trustworthy, it works, its easy to use, its very complete too.
