And their support it top-notch. You get response to yoru querie quickly. It supports a number of coins and it is easy to also send coins.

**What do you dislike about Cryptomus?**

I wouldn't say that I dislike about Cryptomus. I wish they could implement transfer of funds to SEPA accounts. This is a suggestion.

**What problems is Cryptomus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Receiving crypto funds from my clients. Our clients pay us through cryptocurrency everyday. And Cryptomus has solved this. We have never received a complain from our many clients regarding sending crypto funds.

  ### 2. Crypto payments and wallet platform for SMBs and Devs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luca P. | Chief Operations Officer DEQUA Studio | Formerly CTO in MarTech, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Cryptomus?**

I like Cryptomus as a consolidated crypto stack that covers merchant processing, personal and business wallets, P2P and spot trading, and mobile access in one ecosystem, reducing the number of vendors I have to evaluate and maintain across the payment flow, payout, and treasury workflows . I see mature building blocks in the business-facing API, invoicing, modules, and webhooks, and a pragmatic emphasis on operational features such as auto-conversion and recurring billing that are actually useful in a live checkout context.

✅ Merchant payments stack with clear API surface
The business API exposes the essentials I expect for a crypto gateway: create invoices, generate static wallets, payment status lifecycle, refunds, payment history, service discovery, signature verification, and webhook resend/testing. Authentication uses userId plus a signature derived from base64-encoded payload with the API key, which is documented with concrete examples and REST semantics using JSON bodies. This is straightforward to implement in a typical server environment and friendly to standard HTTP tooling and SDK scaffolding.

✅ Invoicing flows and payment link/QR mechanics
From the dashboard flow, I can quickly raise an invoice or payment-by-link, choose who bears the fee, set payment expiration windows, select the settlement currency, and distribute the URL or QR code. Status transitions include active, paid, partially paid, and expired, with post-expiry reconciliation when blockchain confirmations land, which helps with edge cases around network latency and invoice TTLs.

✅ Auto-conversion and recurring payments
Auto-conversion stands out in practice: customers can pay in one asset while I settle to a preferred stablecoin to reduce exposure to volatility. Recurring payments support subscription-type models without having to custom-build logic. These are the kinds of features that reduce operational noise at scale and align well with common e-commerce payment scenarios.

✅ Supported assets and networks across mobile and web
The app store listing and FAQs point to broad asset coverage, including BTC, ETH, USDT and USDC across multiple networks like TRON, Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Solana, TON, Arbitrum, and more. The mobile wallet lists mainstream assets such as BTC, ETH, SOL, TRX, BNB, DOGE, LTC, LINK, BCH, XMR, SHIB, AVAX, and others, which maps well to real-world payer preferences and reduces conversion friction at checkout. Having both the mobile wallet and the merchant suite under one umbrella simplifies operations for teams that need to test end-to-end flows from a phone as well as the web dashboard.

✅ Trading and exchange features integrated into the same stack
For teams that also need to re-balance or convert proceeds, the platform includes spot trading capabilities with a dedicated trading API, plus referral and market maker programs for those who care about liquidity-side incentives. Even if I don’t lean heavily on the exchange layer, having conversions and simple orders natively available helps treasury flows after payment settlement.

✅ Developer documentation that covers payment, payout, and reference data
The docs include not only payments but also payout endpoints, statuses, webhooks, and an SDK/modules area that references CMS integrations like WooCommerce, PrestaShop, WHMCS, and OpenCart. The presence of both personal and business API sections, along with reference endpoints for currencies and networks, is helpful to keep implementation clean and typed on my side. The request signing examples, REST patterns, and webhook verification specifics reduce guesswork during integration reviews and security assessments .

✅ KYC/AML posture and security controls
The platform positions itself as KYC/AML-compliant, with a fairly standard identity verification flow for account tiers and monitoring of suspicious activity. On the account security side, the stack includes 2FA, PIN, address whitelisting, session controls, and multi-channel notifications, which aligns with baseline controls I expect in a payments environment. Several third-party articles outline these measures and the compliance stance in accessible language, which can help internal risk and compliance teams during vendor evaluation .

**What do you dislike about Cryptomus?**

Pricing and fee clarity could be consolidated in one canonical, easy-to-find page with examples across scenarios, including auto-conversion, cross-network receipt, and payout behavior under different configurations.

**What problems is Cryptomus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For a merchant or SaaS scenario that needs to accept crypto globally, I found Cryptomus reduced the integration and operational sprawl that comes with stitching together a standalone wallet, a different gateway, a separate invoicing engine, and a conversion service. The combination of invoice links and QR codes, auto-conversion to a stable settlement asset, and recurring billing covered the majority of my payment acceptance patterns without custom middleware. That leads to fewer moving parts during go-live and simpler runbooks for the support team handling partial payments, expirations, and confirmations .

The breadth of supported assets and networks removed a lot of friction in customer payments. In my testing, payers could choose familiar coins and chains, while I could consistently settle to my preferred currency. That flexibility, paired with the ability to specify who pays fees and set expiration windows, gave me the knobs I needed to keep the checkout experience predictable while managing risk from network congestion and volatility windows .

On the back end, having payout endpoints and a wallet that spans both personal and business contexts made it easier to build a unified treasury flow. I could move funds, convert as needed, and, if necessary, execute simple market or limit orders without leaving the platform. The trading API is a plus if I want to automate conversions based on price bands or schedule rebalancing as part of settlement operations after peak sales windows .

From a governance and security point of view, the documented 2FA, address whitelisting, and session oversight features, along with a stated KYC/AML posture, supported internal policy alignment. It’s not a substitute for a formal attestation pack or a vendor risk assessment, but it helps to check the basic boxes when presenting the platform to compliance and finance stakeholders during the vendor onboarding process .

Lastly, developer onboarding was straightforward because the API uses REST with JSON and a deterministic signing scheme, with clear webhook documentation for verifying signatures and resending notifications. This cut down initial integration time and made it easier to simulate edge cases. Even though I’d still like broader SDK coverage and more samples, the current docs were enough to ship a functional integration without delays .

✅ Overall, Cryptomus fits well when I need an end-to-end crypto payments workflow with practical merchant features, broad asset coverage, and integrated conversion/trading options inside one ecosystem. I would still pressure-test support SLAs, AML handling timelines, and payout edge cases before committing at scale, but the day-to-day toolset aligns with what I expect from a modern crypto payment gateway and wallet suite .

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason T. | Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Cryptomus?**

Very fast and easy to understand how to use this application. The amount of trust is high just by going over the website and interacting with the UI. They make it a strong point for you to understand that your transaction is going through and how long it takes to process. The best part is when they show - Confirmed 0 blocks from 2 confirmation. Great small UX that plays a huge role as the user will be more patient and willing to come back to use again if successful.

**What do you dislike about Cryptomus?**

The lack of chains available to transfer with... wish the network supported a lot more than just the few listed on the exchange. Would love to see like shib/doge just any of the alt tokens in usage.

**What problems is Cryptomus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More Trust. More Reliability. Allowing and forcing adoption, which is good in the world we live in. I like it because the design is precisely built on the users' current perspectives of how wallets work. Its logical and makes the most sense

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michele G. | Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Cryptomus?**

I tried all available cryptocurrency payment services and all of them have small print, problems with withdrawals can appear, API abruptly stops responding - all of that Cryptomus doesn't have. The support is just great guys who will go out of their way to help with any issue. "Need a certain coin? Ok, we will open such an opportunity" - this attitude should be appreciated. I recommend it for use with confidence.

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Cryptomus?**

I started using Cryptomus not long ago for my business, and it is the best service of its kind so far! The integration really helped to increase our conversion (I never thought that many people are willing to pay with cryptocurrency, to be honest). Although Cryptomus has a lot of things to improve, I would recommend it.

  ### 17. Hassle-free Digital assets payment solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Siddhant V. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Cryptomus?**

I found it easy to use into the payments for my digital assets. It has encrypted payment methods for info transfer on your transactions, which makes it safe. No long KYC process is needed. On the technical side, the API architecture is robust to trigger payment with API when working on the solution integration. Also, the wallet facility is applicable on most of the common merchants.

**What do you dislike about Cryptomus?**

Support system should be improved for clients from different country, and API documentation can be simplified for partners. Integration with CMS in the Plugins section for existing system can be taken into consideration as plugins association requires re-touch.

**What problems is Cryptomus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A safe payment interface and strong backend helps build a better solution for new clients and partners. Registration free of KYC is a blessing as it helps in more user engagement. Also, platform has acceptable less commission for their integration.
