Ownexa Reviews & Product Details

Ownexa is property management and accounting software for landlords and property managers running residential, commercial, mixed-use and HOA portfolios. It combines a double-entry general ledger, owner statements and year-end close with two-way QuickBooks Online sync, automated CAM (common area maintenance) billing and year-end reconciliation, and support for NNN, modified gross and full-service leases. Teams collect rent online via ACH with autopay and automatic late fees, manage leases with e-signature and renewals, and handle maintenance through work orders and a vendor portal for invoices, W-9s and insurance. Tenants get a self-service portal for payments, requests and messages, and accountants get a dedicated CPA portal with a tax hub and depreciation schedules. An AI assistant answers portfolio questions and extracts data from leases, bills and property documents. Available on web and mobile, in English and Spanish. Free for up to 5 units, with paid plans for larger portfolios and a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
