Also, the way the personas are created there were a few objections it came up with that I hadn't thought about that I was able to practice on that I actually ran into during live calling later on which was very useful. **What do you dislike about Overvue?** There were a few small bugs of calls disconnecting randomly thinking that I had messed up the call when I didn't. Which was a little bit confusing but at the end of the day not a massive issue when it comes to using it. But the Overvue team analyzed the issues very quickly and nothing happened again that I ran into. **What problems is Overvue solving and how is that benefiting you?** Practicing cold calling, learning cold calling, having some experience more or less with personas and just refining my objection handling and pitch. Using it every day before I actually start doing live calling as a way to practice and whenever we target new personas, refining the pitch and making it sound natural while practicing objections is a huge help in making the actual call calling more efficient. ### 2. Most outbound focused sales enablement/training tools feel like they are created by people who've never sold anything on outbound. Customer support has also been amazing and they listen to all ideas and even implement some of them fast. **What do you dislike about Overvue?** I wish there was more integrations to different CRM solutions but I'm sure those will come later. **What problems is Overvue solving and how is that benefiting you?** When building and managing outbound SDR teams, the hiring and training of reps takes massive amounts of time and focus. With Overvue, we've been able to filter applicants a lot faster and reduce ramp up time a lot while taking less resources. This naturally lets us scale a lot faster. ### 3. I work remote and don't have a team to roleplay with, so being able to do quick 5-10 minute practice sessions on Saturday and Sunday mornings has been huge. It sounds simple but it actually normalized cold calling for me. Instead of this anxiety inducing thing I'd avoid until 3 PM, it became something I could get better at by building an everyday habit, even on the weekends. **What do you dislike about Overvue?** I think it would be more fun if they added in more characters, especially from shows I like. Like, I would love to cold call Michael Scott from the Office, as an example. The product is still early and rolling out features, but for my use case (solo practice as a remote rep), it does exactly what I need. Just excited to see what they add next. **What problems is Overvue solving and how is that benefiting you?** My problem was that I could not do cold calling role plays as a solo remote sales rep. Earning emblems, medals, and levels is really engaging and cool. I also found the setup process very straightforward. Even though I encountered a bug, it was resolved extremely quickly by their team, and it was very easy to just set up and get started. **What do you dislike about Overvue?** I particularly had a couple of issues with actually setting up my account, but it was like the first time they essentially sold that part. But like, that could happen with anything, I think. So nothing in particular. **What problems is Overvue solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Overvue to streamline our hiring process, preemptively vetting candidates and reducing time spent in meetings.
