Streamlined Hiring with a Gamified Touch

I think the gamified approach in Overvue is very cool. Earning emblems, medals, and levels is really engaging and cool. I also found the setup process very straightforward. Even though I encountered a bug, it was resolved extremely quickly by their team, and it was very easy to just set up and get started.

Gamification is done well, and the Overvue team clearly has deep experience and understanding of outbound campaigns. Most outbound focused sales enablement/training tools feel like they are created by people who've never sold anything on outbound. Customer support has also been amazing and they listen to all ideas and even implement some of them fast.

Weekend Practice Sessions That Made Cold Calling Feel Normalized

Honestly, the fact that I can just jump in and practice whenever I want, especially on the weekends. I work remote and don't have a team to roleplay with, so being able to do quick 5-10 minute practice sessions on Saturday and Sunday mornings has been huge. It sounds simple but it actually normalized cold calling for me. Instead of this anxiety inducing thing I'd avoid until 3 PM, it became something I could get better at by building an everyday habit, even on the weekends.
