What do you dislike about Outgrow?

Overall the look and feel of the published quiz is simple but I think too basic. I could upgrade for more features but I don't use it enough to justify the price. The email for results is also too basic looking. I got a lot of help and support from Customer Service when I first signed up, but then it was a lot of chasing to get replies. I tried to use the quiz as a lead gen tool but I didn't get enough traction, I think it's important to really push the quiz for results, which I need to do more of.
