I managed to invest over 1k with renewable subscription but they were not understanding my needs when I wished to pause our campaign as we were revaluating. They charged me and I immediately explained our need. They just wanted my money. I wrote them - By law, they are required to refund within 30 days of thirty day of the purchase. My purchase and refund request was within 2 hours after it was billed. This was their reply: "involve.me offers a B2B service (company to company) so the consumer laws do not apply in this situation" oooh.. Laughable. They can forget about ever doing business with my marketing company again. And we had a few in mind. Greediness and distrust doesn't get you far in business. What I still love most is the ability to create complexly scored outcomes, the ease of design, the ability to create beautiful interactive quizzes and results, and the excellent pace of upgrade and development. Also, lots of out of the box integrations. **What do you dislike about involve.me?** Calculator codes make it possible to create sub-scores and deliver more nuanced and customized results and follow-up, but they are not standardized or accessible in reports and integrations! Each code changes for each outcome, even when the calculation is the same. Also, the out of the box integrations don't play well with multiple quizzes - e.g., scores are imported into a standardized field, so you have to create complex work-arounds to record additional waves (in a tracking study, for example). So the tool does not allow us to ask for sensitive data in the funnels.
