I managed to invest over 1k with renewable subscription but they were not understanding my needs when I wished to pause our campaign as we were revaluating. They charged me and I immeditaely explained our need. They just wanted my money. I wrote them - By law, they are required to refund within 30 days of thirty day of the purchase. My purchase and refund request was within 2 hours after it was billed. This was their reply: "involve.me offers a B2B service (company to company) so the consumer laws do not apply in this situation"

oooh.. Laughable. They can forget about ever doing business with my marketing company again. And we had a few in mind. Greediness and distrust doesn't get you far in business.

Besides the flexibility of setting up my quiz exactly how I wanted it, it was also very easy to use and navigate.
