**What do you like best about Oust?**

The possibility of having all the courses assigned to particular sets of employees to target the learning as per the roles.

**What do you dislike about Oust?**

In the beginning, there were support issues which got resolved as in when the team was expanded.
Price is on expensive side in comparison to other softwares.

**Recommendations to others considering Oust:**

Check and negotiate the prices well because competitors are offering the same type of softwares at better prices

**What problems is Oust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training for frontline employees. Tried to move employees from conventional classroom trainings to on the go training
