The platform is intuitive, efficient, and has streamlined so many of our processes. But I have to give a special shout-out to Ben, who is hands down the MOST responsive human I’ve ever worked with. He’s always available, lightning-fast with solutions, and truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. His innovative ideas and friendly approach make working with him a pleasure every single time. If you're looking for a company that makes managing your business easier and more effective, Otter is the way to go. Highly recommend! **What do you dislike about Otter Waiver?** It is still new and growing. Sometimes there are features that don't exist yet. But the PERK is that you get a REAL support human. We have used other waiver softwares before and the process was tedious and slowed down the check in process. **What do you dislike about Otter Waiver?** There have been a few bugs but they are always very quick to fix them! **Recommendations to others considering Otter Waiver:** My team LOVES Otter Waiver. It made the check in process for our customers quicker. With the QR code, Otter Waiver allowed us to go contactless which made our customers feel more secure during these crazy COVID times. I love that it also keeps our business legally covered with eSignature.” **What problems is Otter Waiver solving and how is that benefiting you?** With my business, it's important for customers to fill out a liability waiver. Otter's Non-profit freemium version allows us to reduce our paper consumption with volunteer waivers and collect donations at the same. No dislikes. **What problems is Otter Waiver solving and how is that benefiting you?** Paper waivers are not tenable. Collection of information used to be unwieldy.
