The biggest downfall I have encountered so far is that vendors do not know who Otrafy is, so there is a lot of back and forth about whether it is real or a scam. While the software, in general, is great. However, our needs have changed over the last couple of months due to our company's growth. It is still lacking certain features that we were hoping for at the beginning of onboarding is still not available, such as supplier incidents tracker.
