What do you like best about Otrafy?

Most helpful is the automatic renewal notifications of documents pertaining to food safety. This saves me endless amounts of time from back and forth with emails from vendors Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Otrafy?

The biggest downfall I have encountered so far is that vendors do not know who Otrafy is, so there is a lot of back and forth about whether it is real or a scam. This tends to come with a lot of explaining and time lost to get the vendor onboarded to Otrafy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Otrafy?

No more manual requesting documentation, the flexibility in creating our own questionnaires, and keeping historical interactions helps us be audit ready.

Otrafy differs from other tools in that it is more customizable and cost-efficient than some of the competitor tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Otrafy?

Change is always hard...for us as well as suppliers. Onboarding takes time, there is some trial and error in getting things set up just right the first time. There is a learning curve and we may do a few setups differently for the next round of requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Otrafy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our request for updated document was a very manual process, we hired interns every year to help. This tool will save us time in training and obtaining documents and help us keep metrics on status. We are also working on utilizing the system for our risk assessment scoring and Otrafy has been gracious in hearing our needs and helping to build us a tool that will save us time to complete reviews. What do you like best about Otrafy?

Otrafy has helped a lot with me managing documentation requests and renewals. Previously I was tracking everything over a Google spreadsheet, which was a nightmare. Otrafy automates the documentation renewal portion and gives me data on our approval process, which is very helpful. I also appreciate the Otrafy team for always finding new ways to innovate and leveraging their customer's data to improve the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Otrafy?

While the software, in general, is great. However, our needs have changed over the last couple of months due to our company's growth. It is still lacking certain features that we were hoping for at the beginning of onboarding is still not available, such as supplier incidents tracker.
