**What do you like best about OSOS?**

For basic level of text analysis, especially in Arabic and for content generation purposes, OSOS is excellent. Complex tasks such as sentiment analysis and summarizing short articles are performed efficiently and with rather high accuracy.

**What do you dislike about OSOS?**

It was found that OSOS struggles when presented with queries or tasks that are difficult to automate or that require advanced knowledge or understanding. The information seems to be scattered, and you may need to search from one system to another to get the full picture.

**What problems is OSOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OSOS is useful for quick Arabic text analysis and content creation in small portions. It assists me with preliminary ideas for research and Arabic sentiment analysis, thereby enabling me to analyze specific ideas.

**What do you like best about OSOS?**

It has a very fast response to the Arab text input as well as the ability to parse it accurately. These include sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and information extraction have become faster and more reliable since the use of OSOS.

**What do you dislike about OSOS?**

OSOS has limited capability in other languages. This makes it rather disadvantageous for projects that need to support multiple languages.

**What problems is OSOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I must admit that OSOS has been helpful since I deal with a lot of Arabic text data. It has saved time and brought efficiency into how I analyze data.
