What do you like best about ORNA?

It is difficult to focus on only one aspect of ORNA that is positive.

The Team is very helpful and does a very great job at providing answers or solutions with their product. They are also open to suggestions or feedback for their platform.

Their product engineers are constantly working on integrations with commonly used platforms (ex. SentinelOne) to assist in endpoint visibility as well as incident correlation.

Playbooks are very well organized and great at keeping time sensitive investigations on track and can also be utilized to identify gaps in incident response processes.

The ease of use in creating Tags for devices as well as the ability to upload devices manually, file upload, or EDR API is a great feature.

The platform implementation in your environment is flexible and can also be used as a standalone / off-network Incident Response platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ORNA?

What do you like best about ORNA?

Orna went above and beyond to onboard us, even going so far as to mail us a server to analyze our firewall logs and local office traffic before we even had any sort of contract.

We had several requirements before signing on, and ORNA's CTO worked directly with us, helping us implement all of them, and even extending our trial period several times. Before we even entered a contract they got everything working the way we wanted - our AWS Cloudtrail logs were being monitored, we had got the ORNA agent set up on our distrubtion server, and more. Excellent service.

What do you dislike about ORNA?

What do you like best about ORNA?

A great platform for incident responders and security teams that manage security alerts and need to track an incident start to finish.

You'll be hard pressed to find a similar product (trust me, I've looked) and the pricing doesn't alienate the SMB market like most security products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
