The Team is very helpful and does a very great job at providing answers or solutions with their product. They are also open to suggestions or feedback for their platform. Their product engineers are constantly working on integrations with commonly used platforms (ex. SentinelOne) to assist in endpoint visibility as well as incident correlation. Playbooks are very well organized and great at keeping time sensitive investigations on track and can also be utilized to identify gaps in incident response processes. The ease of use in creating Tags for devices as well as the ability to upload devices manually, file upload, or EDR API is a great feature. The platform implementation in your environment is flexible and can also be used as a standalone / off-network Incident Response platform. **What do you dislike about ORNA?** There isn't much to dislike about ORNA, as a new product in our environment that provides efficiency, it will always be welcome. **What problems is ORNA solving and how is that benefiting you?** Incident Response, Time management, Playbook overview, Endpoint landscape ### 2. In other terms, I would not complain. **What problems is ORNA solving and how is that benefiting you?** Collecting evidence and distributing it 'effortessly' in various categories for us to check for. ### 3. We had several requirements before signing on, and ORNA's CTO worked directly with us, helping us implement all of them, and even extending our trial period several times. Before we even entered a contract they got everything working the way we wanted - our AWS Cloudtrail logs were being monitored, we had got the ORNA agent set up on our distrubtion server, and more. Excellent service. Their engineers are experts and great to work with. **What do you dislike about ORNA?** Sometimes the descriptions of log events in their SEIM solution would be a bit incromphrehensible to the layman. **What problems is ORNA solving and how is that benefiting you?** SEIM sloution. ### 4. So far, their tools and customer experience have been second to none. **What do you dislike about ORNA?** AturaPower does not have a Orna dislike since we started working with them. Company Cybersecurity expectations have been met. **What problems is ORNA solving and how is that benefiting you?** Orna scanned and detected the vulnerabilities in our environment and working with our infrastructure and tech vendor on their remediation/mitigation, as well as monitoring any changes / new risks using a MDR tool 24x7. ### 5. It gives my team the confidence in containing a more significant cyber security incident if we ever fell victim to such an attack. ### 6. Orna Incident Management gives me and my directors confidence that if we were to sustain a cyber attack, we can react confidently with the added comfort of knowing an ORNA specialist is available 24/7. ### 7.
