This tool does exactly as expected. Great to keep tasks for working purposes and collaborate easily with others. It does not have too many tutorials although it is very straightforward to use. It sometimes receives updates or new features although I have found these benefits to be decreasing lately. **What do you dislike about Organiseme - Task Management for G Suite?** It has some more options than Google's Keep but it still needs you to go to the service, app and site to use it. You cannot go to the application from Google's menu. It can also lack some features like putting a date on a specific task or merge or divide tasks in a "project management" way but sometimes less is more. **Recommendations to others considering Organiseme - Task Management for G Suite:** This tool is great for small teams and to organize your tasks. If you are thinking of deploying with a big team or company, there are some other alternatives that can help you. It integrates seamlessly with GSuite applications but you can also use it without having Google Apps. **What problems is Organiseme - Task Management for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping lists for To Do's. With the new Board view (canvas style), it can help you do pretty much everything. The application is intuitive and it also has lots of features that can help you organize and plan activities for your own or with your team. - [View Organiseme - Task Management for G Suite pricing details and edition comparison](https://www.g2.com/products/organiseme-task-management-for-g-suite/reviews?section=pricing&secure%5Bexpires_at%5D=2026-10-02+17%3A00%3A27+-0500&secure%5Bsession_id%5D=83ec5d48-c920-4471-a463-27e0c870b2b4&secure%5Btoken%5D=c51e25cc003b93c3c0613ef4f5ee341f99d4b2f03e9181d2ed962dab5f2bfcde&format=llm_user) ## Organiseme - Task Management for G Suite Features **Agentic AI - Google Workspace Project Management** - Multi-step Planning - Cross-system Integration ## Top Organiseme - Task Management for G Suite Alternatives - [Progress Podio](https://www.g2.com/products/progress-podio/reviews) - 4.2/5.0 (508 reviews) - [Teamwork.com](https://www.g2.com/products/teamwork-com/reviews) - 4.4/5.0 (1,176 reviews) - [Hive](https://www.g2.com/products/hive-hive-hive/reviews) - 4.6/5.0 (652 reviews)
