I did not need to spend a lot of money, to get some really good insights on what to do. I also didn't have to spend hours learning the tooI. This was great because I usually do not have much time for things like that. I was then able to get straight to work, because the reports were very much focussed on action items. **What do you dislike about Org360?** Some of the features seem geared more towards larger teams, so I didn't use everything it had to offer. But for a solo freelancer, the core strategic planning tools were solid. **What problems is Org360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem it solved was getting all my ideas and thoughts out of my head and into an organized format. This tool forced me to step back for a second and reflect. The benefit is that I now have a roadmap on where to move next, not just a list of vague goals. ### 2.
