I like how everything in it is intuitive. The customer support team that includes Nikhil and our account rep Sneha are the absolutely best. They get back to you quickly and are always helpful in making sure you have what you need. Sneha has gone out of her way to provide help, create reports for us, and walk us through different parts of the platform.

The one thing I am not a fan of is their analytic reporting. It's a work in progress and while it will be great eventually, there are some bugs to work out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ordway is amazingly easy to use and extremely flexible for all types of billing use cases. We have some complex deals and Ordway is able to handle them all. Also, it integrates with our other tools. A downside would be initial configuration, the implementation team will work with you until it's fully implemented to fit your use case. This is to be expected as billing is complex. We've been able to create a tailored billing experience for our business using a rich set of features. The integrations to Salesforce and stripe have been especially helpful in creating meaningful automations and workflows that distribute the administrative work to avoid growing the billing team.
