All you do is create a book, upload your file, and name it. Ocrolus then takes your document and typically within same day spits back your results in an easy to read pdf. **What do you dislike about Ocrolus?** I dislike that fact that Ocrolus doesn’t spit out the data within seconds. It can take a full business day for a review to be processed. **What problems is Ocrolus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping my team with altered bank statements to mitigate fraud within the company. ### 2. Ocrolus pretty much does the analyzing piece for me and all I have to do is review the exported spreadsheet!! It is so much easier when it is in spreadsheet format because you can add things up easier than when manually reviewing hard copy bank statements!! **What do you dislike about Ocrolus?** Sometimes the analytics take a little longer to complete, which at the end of the month can be hampering. **Recommendations to others considering Ocrolus:** If you are thinking about using Ocrolus, don't hold off. It is the best tool to have and makes jobs easier!!! **What problems is Ocrolus solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am not really solving any problems. I use Ocrolus to analyze bank statements and use the exported spreadsheet to review bank statements. The benefits I have realized is that the review of bank statements is so much quicker now than when I was manually having to review hard copy statements!! ### 3. If this product processed documets faster, or at least validate the document type quicker it would speed up the time applications sit pending ocrolus review. **Recommendations to others considering Ocrolus:** It is good to hold documents in one place, not necessarily to review documents **What problems is Ocrolus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Just uploading documents that customers have sent into Ocrolus, other than having documents in one place Ocrolus doesn't sort the information in the documents any easier than reading them **Official Response from Taranita Costales:** > Thank you for your valuable feedback.
