Moving to Ordway has automated these workflows, effectively "freeing up" our finance team to focus on strategic innovation rather than administrative maintenance.
Additionally, the ability to generate consolidated reporting across multiple instances is a game-changer. For a business with multiple operating entities, being able to pull a unified AR Aging report provides the high-level visibility essential for accurate global cash flow management. While the platform is robust, we do experience occasional latency issues during peak usage. From a global perspective, there is still some friction regarding international cash collections; while the system performs flawlessly for our US-based customers, the global collection workflow could be further optimized. Finally, the platform’s greatest strength—its immense flexibility—can occasionally be a double-edged sword, making it somewhat cumbersome to troubleshoot the minor, unique configuration issues that naturally arise in a highly customized environment.
