They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about OrderWitness?** I find OrderWitness to be a completely lovely tool because it helps a lot in my business. The AI chatbot handles customer queries timely, so I have no tension about how many messages come. They handle all client inquiries and reply to all client main pain points. The fraud detection method is great as it reduces my returns, manages my order trail, and assigns a risk number to every order. They maintain the history of every customer and send a confirmation message to the customer on WhatsApp with a yes and no button. I also find the initial setup very easy; just one click and all integration works. OrderWitness covers all my business requirements and saves me money, which makes me recommend it to everyone who wants to automate their eCommerce store. **What do you dislike about OrderWitness?** I think they should add voice chat functionality because sometimes people send a voice note, and I would like the AI to notify me and hold the chat when that happens. **What problems is OrderWitness solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use OrderWitness to reduce fake orders and manage eCommerce store automation.
