OrderWitness is a COD fraud prevention and order management platform built for e-commerce sellers in Pakistan and other cash-on-delivery markets. Before you ship, OrderWitness automatically sends a WhatsApp or SMS confirmation to the customer — they tap YES or NO. Their response is cryptographically signed with a SHA-256 hash and stored as a tamper-proof evidence PDF that couriers and marketplaces accept as proof of customer consent.
