OrderWitness is a COD fraud prevention and order management platform built for e-commerce sellers in Pakistan and other cash-on-delivery markets. Before you ship, OrderWitness automatically sends a WhatsApp or SMS confirmation to the customer — they tap YES or NO. Their response is cryptographically signed with a SHA-256 hash and stored as a tamper-proof evidence PDF that couriers and marketplaces accept as proof of customer consent. Every order is scored for fraud risk (0–100) using signals like repeat rejections, blacklisted phone numbers, address anomalies, order velocity, and value outliers.
