**What do you like best about Oration AI?**

Oration AI has made a real difference in how we support our customers, over the phone and through chat. The AI agents handle a large number of inquiries smoothly, giving fast and accurate answers that have clearly boosted our customer satisfaction. The platform is straightforward and dependable, and the Oration team’s support has made them a partner we can really rely on.

**What do you dislike about Oration AI?**

Occasionally, some complex or nuanced issues still require escalation to a human agent, but the majority of routine queries are handled very well.

**What problems is Oration AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re able to handle a high volume of technical support requests from our enterprise clients—whether they reach out by phone or chat. Our customers get fast and accurate answers, which has helped us keep our SLAs on track. It also means our support engineers can spend more time on the high-priority issues that really need their attention.

**What do you like best about Oration AI?**

The standout feature is definitely the comprehensive voice AI infrastructure. As someone who's worked with multiple AI platforms, Oration AI excels in three key areas:

1. Voice Quality & Reliability: Call quality is consistently high, and the voice cancellation features work well even in noisy environments.

2. Developer-Friendly Architecture: The webhook system and API design are well-thought-out. The fact that they use industry standards like iCalendar RRULE for scheduling and have proper TypeScript support throughout makes integration much easier than competitors.

3. Enterprise-Ready Features: The security implementation (zero-trust architecture, end-to-end encryption) and comprehensive audit logging give me confidence deploying this in production environments. The campaign management system is particularly robust for handling large-scale voice AI deployments.

The platform handles complex conversation flows gracefully, and the ability to switch between different AI models based on use case is a huge plus. Customer support has been responsive when we've had questions about implementation.

**What do you dislike about Oration AI?**

While the platform is powerful, the initial setup can be overwhelming. There are many configuration options, and it took our team some time to understand the optimal settings for our use case. Better onboarding documentation would help.

**What problems is Oration AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Oration AI, our customer support and sales teams were bottlenecked by manual phone calls. We needed to handle thousands of customer inquiries daily, but hiring enough agents was expensive and inconsistent. Oration AI's voice AI agents now handle 70% of our routine calls - appointment scheduling, basic support questions, lead qualification - freeing up our human agents for complex issues.

Human agents have different communication styles, knowledge levels, and availability. With Oration AI, every customer gets the same high-quality, knowledgeable interaction 24/7. The conversation flows are standardized but feel natural, and the AI never has a bad day or forgets important details.

Would be nice to have some online videos explaining how to go about the implementation. If those were available we could have deployed in 1-2 hours itself.

Oration is the first point of contact for our customers for any technical troubleshooting or other common queries.
