**What do you like best about OrangeCRM?**

It is a web based CRM enterprise solution that grows with our company as we grow. It allows us to switch our business functions from one area to another without any trace of data loss. It combines our data from various sources, it replicates all the data and it saves it remotely in various locations making the data available anytime we need it. This removes all the worry that companies have for data loss. It has several modules that add features to the platform including the recording module. This module enables the recording playback feature which allows us to store audio files on a server that is private and PCI compliant, and we link the recorded files to our customer records for easy matching. We are also assigned our own admin that monitors our database and ensure data accuracy across our system. The admin was assigned because we also integrates the myadmin module.

**What do you dislike about OrangeCRM?**

Although it allows bulk email marketing it does not help in customer's contact data extraction. It also does not provide content analytics on the marketing data sent to customers.

**Recommendations to others considering OrangeCRM:**

A highly secure flexible data environment is crucial for every organization that needs to succeed in automation of processes and achieve high productivity. OrangeCRM offers that and more.

**What problems is OrangeCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have our data very secure on servers in various locations without extra costs. We access the system as web pages in our system that makes it easy to automate processes in data management. We easily make bulk email campaigns and send them through the system.

**What do you like best about OrangeCRM?**

OrangeCRM is the easiest and user friendly software. It provides easiest import and export options to find clients and candidates. It can be integrated on different operating systems. It provides options for planning meetings and scheduling them. It has easy options to filter candidates and keep track of their files and keep tracking their further processing.

**What do you dislike about OrangeCRM?**

It is very time consuming in loading candidate’s information. It has outdated version because does not provide proper emailing option. They do not have their own email option within the website. It is web based so you must need a good network connection otherwise it will take a lot of time to find candidate of your need. We are being unable to access it with the mobile phone devices.

**What problems is OrangeCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the help of OrangeCRM you do not need to waste  time on manual task all the task for recruitment are automated which saves your time and it is very user friendly. It saves your time for unnecessary meetings and helps you focus on what is important for your business growth because you need to meet with many clients which time is wasting sometime so it helps you interacting with them.

**What do you like best about OrangeCRM?**

It has the capability of drawing data from different sources and present it in a combined and flexible user interface. It's architecture is well built and it always ensures speed when accessing data from its database even for large data sets. Since we started using OrangeCRM we never worry about losing our business data as it replicates our data and backs it up on different servers in different locations. Their open API allows us to access OrangeCRM through our system and also via web pages making it unique and flexible. It has excellent modules that add functionality to the CRM in order to suit company needs. One of the modules that we deployed is the analytics modules and it provides business intelligence and on demand analytics that we need to draw conclusions from our data.

**What do you dislike about OrangeCRM?**

It does not give the administrator full control to customize the user interface although it gives full control on accessibility by users. It also does not offer data integrity protection to avoid data fraud by internal users.

**Recommendations to others considering OrangeCRM:**

As much as complex data analytics is involved, OrangeCRM offers the highest simplicity in use. It has all advanced features with easy integration ability to simplify all processes in data management for enterprises, no matter how big the enterprise is.

**What problems is OrangeCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are delighted to be free from fears of data loss as the system replicated all our data and we access it whenever we want. We process our data easily and efficiently as it integrated with our systems easily. It gives our customer support all the tools to help our clients with high end quality of service.

**What do you like best about OrangeCRM?**

This system is easy to use for basic CRM needs and has an excellent interface that is easy to customize. It is extremely user-friendly and does not require much training.

**What do you dislike about OrangeCRM?**

I would have liked this system to have an integrated payroll module to help manage/track expenses along with our database.

Try the free trial version of the product to see if it is really suitable for your company.

Customer relationship management for our marketing company. We have gained a great benefit by having all our clients' data in a local location.

There were too many options and it was a little complicated at first

I would have liked for this system to have a built in payroll module to help manage/track expenses along with our database.

**What do you like best about OrangeCRM?**

The software is great to maintain all client or contact details and makes work organized. Moreover, communication with clients gets more efficient

**What do you dislike about OrangeCRM?**

The dashboard needs a bit improvement as it is a bit complex to get used to at the beginning. But apart from this, the functionality is good.

It is a good software to try out. Certainly, it would take time to begin with, just because of the dashboard setup.

**What do you like best about OrangeCRM?**

One thing that was nice was that it seemed to make communication to my customers very easy.

**What do you dislike about OrangeCRM?**

It takes some time to get used to the way it is set up. Once you get the hang of the setup and the menus, it was much easier for me to use and I would imagine the same would go for others.

**What problems is OrangeCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used OrangeCRM for sales. It made handling customer care for me a lot easier. I was also able to use it for some marketing.
