What I like best about Oracle PeopleSoft is its depth and stability for enterprise-grade Finance and Supply Chain operations. It offers a wide range of mature features, strong data integrity, and robust controls that handle complex business rules reliably. Once implemented, it is used daily for critical processes and performs consistently at scale. The system integrates well with other Oracle products and enterprise tools, and customer support is effective for critical issues when proper support contracts are in place. What I dislike about Oracle PeopleSoft is the steep learning curve and complexity of use. The user interface feels dated and is not intuitive for new users. Implementation is time-consuming and resource-heavy, often requiring specialized consultants. Integrations with non-Oracle systems can be complex, and customization increases long-term maintenance effort. Customer support can be slow for non-critical issues, and frequent updates or enhancements are limited compared to more modern cloud-native platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
