**What do you like best about Optimum Control?**

They focus on inventory and do that very well. Cost controls and very detailed and optimum makesamageing your usages very easy. Reports are detailed and provide insight into every angle of not only your inventory and usage but purchasing and menu performance as well

**What do you dislike about Optimum Control?**

There are some minor quirks with the software. Like when using IRM you have to go in and out of the process for deactivating items across preps and products.

**What problems is Optimum Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Optimum solves the age old issue of costs and performance of menus in restaurants. It is a system that allows you to have full sight line I to how your money is being used as well as the individual costs associated with your products and items

**What do you like best about Optimum Control?**

I like the idea of OC. I believe that once we get to know how to use it perfectly then it will be a great tool. Support line is great help.

**What do you dislike about Optimum Control?**

It has a long, hard set up process. Invoicing is difficult to upload from paired partners. And it is not linking to our other program as much as it was promised too. 

**Recommendations to others considering Optimum Control:**

I believe this product has the potential to be very helpful and once it is set up properly I can see it being very easy to use.

We are trying to solve inventory control, cost controls.

**What do you like best about Optimum Control?**

Easy to enter inventory items and invoices
Great support

**What do you dislike about Optimum Control?**

exported excel files are not user friendly
Presentation not not able to matching to pdf report
not able to export invoices summary to accounting system like sage accounting.

**Recommendations to others considering Optimum Control:**

Need Chef and FOH manager to dedicate at least two full weeks to get the system up .

**What problems is Optimum Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

trying to monitor product cost, we have not realized any benefit yet.  require a lot of set up time.
