**What do you like best about Optimact?**

The customer support has been phenomenal in terms of availability, accessibility, and speed of reaching resolutions. The tech is strong and I'm excited to see where things go.

**What do you dislike about Optimact?**

As a consultant, I provide recommendations for applications to my clients and partners. I've recommended Optimact a handful of times, but since it is relatively niched at the moment there is a very specific customer I would recommend this to.

**What problems is Optimact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I provide recommendations for tools to clients and partners and have found Optimact works best with medium-sized (slightly smaller than mid-market) companies. I have not recommended for enterprise-level at this time.

**What do you like best about Optimact?**

Optimact is disrupting the industry by leveraging cloud solutions to have an integrated supply chain excellence which covers almost all aspects of a supply chain .

**What do you dislike about Optimact?**

Optimact can have better integration with supply chain analytics and integration of more reporting based solutions where we can track our progress or Inventory in a more efficient and up to date and can build our own reports.

**What problems is Optimact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Optimact is solving the integration in supply chain process of having too many integrations to manage demand-supply and inventory and supply chain analytics. It is good to have all of that at one place.
