There is not much to dislike. If I had to point to one thing, it would be that new signature designs or major changes have to go through their team, which means you are working within their process rather than building everything instantly on your own. That does introduce a small amount of turnaround time.

That said, the turnaround has been quick in our experience, and the quality is always solid. It has not created any real friction for us. If anything, having their team involved ensures everything is built correctly and aligned with best practices. So while there is a process to follow, it has not been an issue in practice. Honestly, there’s very little to dislike about Opensense itself. If anything, the only minor challenge comes from Google's restrictions on certain signature settings and integrations, which are outside of Opensense’s control. Some of the backend setup involves light coding, which can be challenging when making more advanced changes on your own. I occasionally struggle with updating email signature images or getting email banners to display exactly how I envision without assistance. The stamping functionality also helps ensure complete coverage by capturing every outbound email—whether it’s sent from mobile, desktop, or the web—so we maintain consistent visibility and compliance across all platforms.
