**What do you like best about Opensense Email Signatures?**

From a brand management perspective, Opensense provides consistency and cohesion across our firm, making us look more credible and refined as a company. I also like the banner options to help us drive traffic to our website and though leadership pieces.

Additionally, the implementation and onboarding process was flawless with the Opensense team. Brennan Hyatt, Corey Smith, Royna SunderRajan, and Ben Smith were advocate for LaBella's success. The Opensense team was personable, reliable, trustworthy, and professional during the years long implementation. I could not have launched this successfully without each and every one of them and am truly grateful for their partnership.

**What do you dislike about Opensense Email Signatures?**

The plain text is confusing and discouraging to a lot of our staff - it doesn't feel trustworthy to send an email without knowing how your signature will show up.

**What problems is Opensense Email Signatures solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We first implemented Opensense as a way to better brand our company, to show consistency between our disciplines and locations and while it did both of those things, it also forced a pretty rigorous cleanup of our HR and IT data which has been helpful in other software scenarios.

**What do you like best about Opensense Email Signatures?**

I like that you can make only certain fields editable for our team, and that the help /support response time is so quick when issues arise.

**What do you dislike about Opensense Email Signatures?**

I wish there was a system for setting up an email signature as soon as a new hire starts, rather than when they start emailing and it begins to populate through Microsoft - this has led to some confusion since there is some turnaround time before it starts working for new users. Also, I would love to see continued improvements on the online platform. I don't find it fully intuitive to make sure I am using all of the features.

**What problems is Opensense Email Signatures solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Opensense, I had to manage a lot of formatting errors and saw a lot of inconsistency across signatures. This has eliminated all of this - I can be 100% confident that all email signatures are consistent and there are none of the typical formatting issues you may see when you do it yourself. This is great as we continue to grow and acquire new companies.

I like that Opensense Email Signatures helps ensure our signatures meet brand standards while being easy to manipulate and edit for all of our employees. I appreciate how professional they look and really value the control the platform gives us over all available features. I'm also impressed with how good their customer success team is. Additionally, the Opensense team made the transition very easy for us when we moved from another product.

I think Opensense Email Signatures could be improved by making it more user-friendly for those who aren't tech savvy. It seems like there's a bit of a learning curve for non-technical users, which might be a hurdle for some.

What I like best about Opensense is how easy it makes managing email signatures across our entire company. We can keep branding consistent, update signatures centrally, and roll out changes without relying on each employee to make manual updates. It saves our team time and ensures every email looks polished and professional.

The main drawback is that the initial setup and some administrative changes can take a little time to learn. Certain settings are not always intuitive, so making more complex updates may require extra troubleshooting or support. Once everything is configured, though, day-to-day management is generally straightforward.

**What problems is Opensense Email Signatures solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our experience with Opensense has been outstanding from start to finish.
We first met the Opensense team at INBOUND, where we evaluated several email signature management providers. While there were multiple companies offering similar solutions, Opensense immediately stood out. Their platform felt more polished, the demonstration was exceptional, and the team was knowledgeable, professional, and personable.
A special thank you goes to Tory Scharadin, our initial sales representative. He was instrumental in helping us navigate a Microsoft-related issue that delayed our deployment and went above and beyond by securing an additional month of service at no charge while we worked through the challenge. His responsiveness and commitment to our success made a lasting impression.
The onboarding experience was truly best-in-class. Will Tender delivered one of the best implementation experiences we have had with any software provider. He was patient, knowledgeable, reliable, and always willing to help. Deploying email signatures to more than 280 employees can be a complex process, but Will made it feel seamless. His expertise and customer-first approach were exceptional.
Today, our organization has professional, consistent email signatures across all departments. Opensense allows us to easily manage department-specific banners and campaigns while maintaining brand consistency throughout the company. The signatures render beautifully in both light and dark mode, and we were even able to create simplified versions for our field-based Data Center Services team, ensuring fast load times and an optimal experience for recipients.
More importantly, we see tremendous potential in the marketing banner functionality. It provides a valuable communication channel that allows us to promote campaigns, events, initiatives, and company news directly through one of our most frequently used business tools: email.
We would also like to recognize Cody Herrick for his support during our renewal process. Cody worked closely with us to extend our agreement and align our renewal date with our budgeting cycle, making it possible for us to utilize available co-op marketing funds. His flexibility and customer-focused approach made the process easy and efficient.
Opensense has delivered exactly what was promised: a powerful platform, excellent customer service, and a solution that helps us strengthen our brand with every email sent. Looking back, implementing Opensense was a great decision for our company, and we highly recommend both the platform and the team behind it.

For our company, the ability to ensure everyone uses the same format—no matter the device—is a huge benefit. Being able to quickly create banner ads and then review their performance is incredible, doing all this via OS platform is incredibly easy and fast!

Not being able to see my signature before sending an email has taken some getting used to.

The number-one problem we had was consistency across devices. No signature ever appeared in exactly the same format, but OS has given us the ability to make sure our brand positioning stays correct across all of our emails—hundreds of thousands of them.

OpenSense makes it easy to centrally manage email signatures at scale, ensuring consistent branding without manual effort. A big upside is the ability to turn signatures into a marketing channel—promoting campaigns and driving engagement through everyday emails. It also integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365, and the reporting helps optimize performance over time.

I’ve had an exceptional experience working with Tori and Josh at OpenSense. They are both incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in our success.
From day one, they took the time to truly understand our business needs and marketing goals, and they brought thoughtful, strategic recommendations to the table—not just technical execution. Their expertise in email signature management and marketing integration has helped us create a more consistent brand presence while unlocking new opportunities for engagement.
What really stands out is their partnership mindset. Tori and Josh are proactive, detail-oriented, and always available to troubleshoot, optimize, or brainstorm new ideas. Opensense makes it easy to maintain consistent, on‑brand email signatures across the organization while turning email into a true marketing and revenue channel. The ability to centrally manage signatures and deploy targeted banners by team, campaign, or audience is a major win. From a marketing operations standpoint, the reporting and visibility into engagement are especially valuable - it gives us insight into how everyday emails contribute to traffic and pipeline without adding friction for sales or leadership.
Equally important, our Account Manager, Sylvia, has been a rockstar partner throughout our journey. She is extremely proactive, consistently bringing recommendations and best practices to ensure we’re fully leveraging the platform. Her ongoing support has helped us maximize value from Opensense and continuously optimize how we use it across teams.

There is a learning curve early on if you want to fully take advantage of advanced targeting and reporting. That said, once the initial setup is complete, ongoing management is straightforward and efficient. Any limitations we’ve encountered are more related to how different email clients render images, which is not unique to Opensense.

**What do you like best about Opensense Email Signatures?**

What I like best about OpenSense is how simple it is to use. The platform is intuitive, and once it is set up, it just works. We did not need a complicated rollout or constant troubleshooting. Implementation was smooth, and updates are easy to manage.

The customization is another big plus. We can design signatures that truly reflect our brand and adjust banners or messaging depending on the audience. It gives Marketing flexibility without adding extra work for Sales or other teams.

It is also something we use every single day. Every email that goes out reinforces our brand and messaging, so the value is constant, not occasional.

And finally, the team behind OpenSense has been great. They are responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. That makes a big difference when you are rolling something out company-wide.

**What do you dislike about Opensense Email Signatures?**

There is not much to dislike. If I had to point to one thing, it would be that new signature designs or major changes have to go through their team, which means you are working within their process rather than building everything instantly on your own. That does introduce a small amount of turnaround time.

That said, the turnaround has been quick in our experience, and the quality is always solid. It has not created any real friction for us. If anything, having their team involved ensures everything is built correctly and aligned with best practices. So while there is a process to follow, it has not been an issue in practice.

**What problems is Opensense Email Signatures solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenSense has given our Marketing team full control over what our customers see every time someone on our team sends an email. Before, email signatures were inconsistent. Different formats, outdated titles, old messaging. It didn’t always reflect our brand the way we wanted it to. Now we can ensure every employee has a clean, consistent, on-brand signature that represents our company professionally.

It also allows us to be much more strategic. We can deploy targeted signature banners to specific audiences, which means we are not just sending emails, we are using that space as a subtle marketing channel. For example, we can promote products or services a client does not currently use, highlight an upcoming event, or support a campaign without relying on sales reps to manually update anything.

The biggest benefit is control and consistency. Marketing owns the brand presentation, updates happen instantly across the organization, and we can tailor messaging to different customer segments. It turns something as simple as an email signature into a measurable marketing asset rather than just a block of contact information.

From the very start, our experience with Opensense has been nothing short of exceptional. The platform is incredibly user-friendly—no advanced technical knowledge required—making adoption seamless across our team. The intuitive design ensures that even those who aren't tech-savvy can navigate and utilize its features effortlessly and be able to continuously manage it.

The implementation process was just as smooth, thanks to the outstanding support provided by our Opensense team. They equipped us with comprehensive guides and resources that made it easy to onboard our end users. Despite some unexpected data challenges on our side that took far longer to resolve than anticipated, they remained patient, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process.

Honestly, there’s very little to dislike about Opensense itself. If anything, the only minor challenge comes from Google's restrictions on certain signature settings and integrations, which are outside of Opensense’s control. Despite these limitations, the Opensense team does an excellent job of providing workarounds and guidance to ensure the best possible experience. Their commitment to helping users navigate these restrictions makes all the difference!

The combination of a strong, flexible platform and an outstanding support team. Opensense makes it easy to manage branded, dynamic email signatures at scale, while still allowing for customization when needed. What truly sets Opensense apart is the people. Ben Smith, our Senior Customer Success Manager, is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help—whether it’s a simple question or a complex issue. Corey Smith, Manager of Implementation, was instrumental during setup and has been extremely patient and thorough when working through technical and backend scenarios with our IT team. Royna SunderRajan, our Customer Onboarding Specialist, played a key role in coordinating our implementation by connecting our IT team with Opensense’s technical team, answering questions, and supporting us throughout the entire onboarding process. Additionally, Kimberly Clark from the design team has been fantastic to work with—she consistently understands exactly how to bring our vision to life. Their combined dedication and support have made our overall Opensense experience exceptional.

Some of the backend setup involves light coding, which can be challenging when making more advanced changes on your own. I occasionally struggle with updating email signature images or getting email banners to display exactly how I envision without assistance. That said, the Opensense team is always incredibly willing to help and ensures everything looks and functions exactly as intended, which makes these challenges very manageable.

**What problems is Opensense Email Signatures solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Opensense has completely streamlined how we manage email signatures across the organization. We no longer have to chase down individual employees to update their signature images, and IT no longer needs to manually access users’ computers to make changes. Marketing now has full control over the look, branding, and messaging within both email signatures and banners, ensuring consistency across all communications. Additionally, Opensense integrates directly with our internal systems, automatically syncing employee information into signatures. When someone’s title or role changes in our system, it updates in their email signature automatically, which has been incredibly efficient and eliminated manual errors.

Their support has been fantastic. They walk us through the implementation process and ensure all of our needs are met. Our company was going through domain changes and new integrations needed to be setup and they were able to be there every step of the way. They also took in my feedback about the GUI of their system and added changes immediately. They created new support KBs as well for new implementations we were having.

**What do you dislike about Opensense Email Signatures?**

The security settings are a bit more locked down when making domain changes. I had to reach out to support if I needed to duplicate configurations across different domains. Which I understand why the security is implemented, but if there was a way to request the implementation from the GUI, that would be great.

They have so many integrations to different platforms which is awesome. It can handle different domains and have awesome flexibility and granular controls with creating complex signature systems with so many different variables you can do. The platform itself is just very powerful and can be tweak in so many ways.

Opensense makes it incredibly easy to keep our email signatures consistent and on-brand. Centralized updates save us time and ensure everything stays accurate across the organization.
The biggest upside is the Opensense team, they’re supportive, responsive, and always ready to help. We have a lot of specific needs, and they’ve made the whole implementation process smooth and a great experience.
Overall, Opensense simplifies our everyday signature management and gives us confidence that our branding always looks its best.

The only downside we’ve experienced is tied to our own internal setup. Opensense offers an option to have them manage our server, but we chose to handle it internally. Because of that choice, a few features we were interested in weren’t fully available to us.
That said, this limitation was due to our company’s approach, not the platform itself.

The initial onboarding and set up was great, and everything has worked smoothly for us since. Other than occasional check ins with our account manager, I rarely have to reach out to anyone at Opensense because everything always works as intended.

Implementation was easy; honestly, choosing the signature design was almost the harder decision. Once we landed on it, everything flowed smoothly. The experience is clean and straightforward to use. The team was great to work with and incredibly patient as we worked through all of our internal processes. It’s one less thing for our team members to set up or worry about, and it also gives us a consistent look across the company. Adoption has been high, and it’s now being leveraged by the majority of our organization.

The only issue we’ve noticed is that the email signature can take a few days to be added. I’m not sure whether that’s on our side or related to the add-on. Either way, it affects fewer than 5% of cases, but it does come up for some users.

We had to work through ways on how to leverage email signatures with our shared inboxes. I wouldn't say it was an issue but more of a decision on our end on how we wanted to handle. Using OpenSense has been nothing but a true pleasure, mostly because of the team.  The platform itself is great, but since I am not very tech savvy, the team always makes it easy for me to understand and manage our company's signatures.

Ben, Royna, Corey, and Josh are always incredibly helpful and responsive, they ALWAYS help me right away, which I am incredibly thankful for. 

Opensense makes it easy to create campaigns and track engagement. The signature designs are polished, clean, and aligned with our company’s brand guidelines.

That some people on the team still can't see the their signature before sending an email.

The native integration with Microsoft Entra significantly simplifies both deployment and ongoing management. The stamping functionality also helps ensure complete coverage by capturing every outbound email—whether it’s sent from mobile, desktop, or the web—so we maintain consistent visibility and compliance across all platforms. Sylvia Kronick has been a great Customer Success Manager; she’s always available and responds quickly whenever we need assistance.

Opensense does not currently support shared mailboxes, which means we’re unable to apply a standardized signature to messages sent from those shared accounts. As a result, we can’t stamp a generic signature on outbound email from our shared user mailboxes.

Opensense Email Signature, spent time and effort to learn about behaviours of each team, each individual's relationship to signatures and have put forward an option/solution to achieve the different needs. Throughout our implementation of Opensense, we had many challenges and questions, each of which came back with "yes we can do this". Which is impressive and surprizing at the same time.

With every application, there are little annoyances. The only one we have had since inception was that the signatures may not always appear in the email right away, however regardless of it showing or not, we know that when we send it out, it will be there no matter the circumstances. What I value most about the Opensense email signatures is having consistent branding. We use it for two different brands and I think it's elevated the look of our emails so much compared to what we had before, which was a template that users had to copy and paste. It leaves little room for user error and because the signature data syncs up regularly, you can be confident that the information is correct.

**What do you dislike about Opensense Email Signatures?**

There's not much to dislike. When we initially rolled out the signatures, there were a few minor changes or issues we needed help with, but the team (including Ben, Royna and Corey) was always extremely responsive and quick to resolve issues. Once you have everything set up, it's smooth sailing. The Opensense team makes sure everything looks great and functions correctly. They continue to be very responsive to any questions or needs that arise.

Prior to Opensense, our email signatures looked outdated and were inconsistent, with various fonts and layouts being used. Today, we have sleek, professional email signatures that enhance our emails for two brands. **What do you like best about Opensense Email Signatures?**

Now over a year into post implementation the product and team still far exceed expectations! This has been a great tool for us to make sure our branding is on point and ensure we control the messaging from a department / corporate level. Ben, Cory, Ronya and the team have been fantastic! Even if we are coming with custom requests, they are always incredibly responsive, happy to help and jump on calls to immediately either address one-off concerns, train users or just show best practices. Can't ask for a better team. 

With a user base of our size, 350+, the standardization of branding and consistency across all departments and users was a constant challenge. With emails coming from all sources, CRM, mobile, etc. we needed a way to streamline the brand image while still allowing for a sense of personalization in standardization. From the beginning, the team was efficient and extremely communicative for finding customized solutions that fit our need. The overall implementation ended up being easy based on all of the advice the team had to offer. During rollout, the team was there every step of the way ensuring support during the time of change. The platform is easy to use and the ability to sync with our CRM and AD provided the efficiency we needed in all use cases. Great team with a great tool. We have only scratched the surface and looking forward to working with the team as we expand our use.

The only real hurdle we run into is the inability to edit permissions on the individual user level but instead everything has to be handled on a group level. We have some individuals that cross groups we have created and have specific requests. While much of this can be handled inside plug-ins, we prefer to handle this on an enterprise level and our users have a CRM plug in so they are unable to use both simultaneously.

The balance of control and flexibility. Admins can control a lot of the signature elements, while still leaving appropriate flexibility and autonomy to individual team members. And that flexibility requires no additional lift on the admin side - individual users can make changes all on their own in a very user friendly manner.

It is a little more expensive than other signature platforms we've used in the past, but not by much, and the extra expense has been well worth it thus far.

Opensense allowed us to gain control of all of our employee email signatures and ensure consistent branding. It was an easy implementation process and our onboarding team was highly responsive.

We are newly launched, so haven't experienced any issues yet. Due to some of our self-imposed IT restrictions, we do have to do some minimal manual intervention vs a fully-automated integration, but those are still able to be handled quickly and easily.

I love using Opensense signatures because they work. Every time! Corporate has control over the look and content, and, when necessary, we can add or change things globally in one edit.

There isn't much, but but I'd say the thing I dislike is that users occasionally have a hard time adjusting to not seeing their signature while composing an email (which is the way we've chosen to have it set up). But once they get it, they love it.

**What do you like best about Opensense Email Signatures?**

Branded emails with a consistent look across the agency. "Stamped" email signatures so individuals can't tamper with agency approved look. Custom fields that auto populate contact information from selected database. Ability to create email banners for marketing and intake purposes. Great customer support. (Shoutout to Tori Scharadin!)

**What do you dislike about Opensense Email Signatures?**

Like any new platform, roll out can take some time and issues that weren't originally identified may come into play.

Ensuring a consistent look across all agency email signatures with accurate and auto populated contact information. Additional option to use email signatures for marketing campaigns.

**What do you like best about Opensense Email Signatures?**

The process has stayed consistently easy to use throughout the last year. My time creating and managing signatures is still very easy. Ben, our account manager is very proactive in his check-ins and is always willing to help. 

**What do you dislike about Opensense Email Signatures?**

Nothing, they have been making system improvements throughout the year, but we haven't had the need to take advantage of any of them.

**What problems is Opensense Email Signatures solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are solving a very manual process for email signatures and has streamlined the process for us.
