"Very useful app with excellent customer service"

What do you like best about Quo?

OpenPhone was super easy to get started with. I have tried five other VOIP phone services and OpenPhone has been the best. I wish I had started with them first. They offered a range of Canadian phone numbers in my business area to choose from. The user interface is very simple and easy to use. The phone service works great. I recently had to contact support to change my billing address and they were very friendly and helpful. I have a small business with a few different phone lines so this application works the best for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Quo?

I do like the voice recordings and summaries Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

Texting registration has been an abosolute nightmare. I am 25 Days in and still not registered to text. I focused my business around this number... THAT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE... It has cost me business, I wish I would have just went and got a second cell phone. I paid around 270 for this service, but a month of lack of use of features does not seem right. Everytime you message customers service you get "should be ready in 3-5 Days". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
