I have OON monitoring all of my infrastructure and have automated outage alerts configured so that both my users and I are in the loop and I can resolve issues rapidly. OON is constantly asking "how can it improve" which speaks volumes to how much they care about the user's experience and how much they care about said users. **What do you dislike about OnlineOrNot?** Occasionally I will find a feature that is missing from the product. However, said features are usually available to beta within a couple of weeks. OON's fast development cycle lets them iterate quickly on newly requested features. **What problems is OnlineOrNot solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to maintain my product and keep service outages to a minimum as I can quickly jump on the problem to fix it. ### 2. Show me any other platform that will implement them in less than 8 hours. Max personally offered to help us migrate our existing checks to OnlineOrNot, fortunately the UI was easy enough to use for us to have completed the migration ourselves by the time we got that email. The dashboard is super nice, all the information is there. It was very easy to set up and test a check to make sure it works our setup. The built-in webhook integrations (with PagerDuty, OpsGenie etc) helped us fit OnlineOrNot into our existing workflows easily. **What do you dislike about OnlineOrNot?** There were a few times when the documentation hasn't been updated after a new feature has been released, so I had to reach out to support for help. They were quick to respond, so not a big issue. **What problems is OnlineOrNot solving and how is that benefiting you?** The monitoring service detects if our website or API is down faster than we or users do, so we can fix issues before they impact users. The integrated statuspages helps us focus on fixing the underlying issue, while it handles the "communication" automatically. Scheduled maintenance periods are very useful to be able to point our users to the page during a maintenance window if there is an error they encounter. ### 3.
