Very helpful and simple to use
It was very simple to set up checks to my web app with OnlineOrNot and only took a couple of minutes. I have had a couple of instances of downtime in my app that I only discovered with OnlineOrNot, and I was notified before I new it occured.

Great monitoring service with nice statuspages.
Found a missing feature? Show me any other platform that will implement them in less than 8 hours.
Max personally offered to help us migrate our existing checks to OnlineOrNot, fortunately the UI was easy enough to use for us to have completed the migration ourselves by the time we got that email.
The dashboard is super nice, all the information is there. It was very easy to set up and test a check to make sure it works our setup. The built-in webhook integrations (with PagerDuty, OpsGenie etc) helped us fit OnlineOrNot into our existing workflows easily.

Their alerting is some of the most powerful I have seen, and the status pages are clean and simple to use. I have OON monitoring all of my infrastructure and have automated outage alerts configured so that both my users and I are in the loop and I can resolve issues rapidly. OON is constantly asking "how can it improve" which speaks volumes to how much they care about the user's experience and how much they care about said users.
