What do you like best about OneWave AI?

Honestly the team and the services are top notch. The only thing I dislike is I’m old fashioned, and if it was up to me, I wouldn’t use AI at all. I love how OneWave AI has streamlined tracking data across multiple places for my small business and helps with auto-replying or auto-drafting replies to key emails. Currently, we are working on grading inbound calls and leads using AI. The ability to manage multiple clients and real estate data across states in clean dashboards has been incredibly helpful. I’ve built skills to predict repair costs on real estate investments, thanks to their support. OneWave AI was instrumental in teaching us from scratch, helping us set up tools like Perplexity and Claude, and customizing them for our small team. The dashboard feature transforming the way we work by pulling information quickly is amazing. Their regular meetings are immensely valuable, and they've been a big difference maker for us.
