In the course of the 5 years - I've had good and not so good support since we did not purchase the Enterprise Support. Privacy Assessments are easy to configure if you want to create your own, or you can use out of the box assessments that are pretty good depending on the size of your business. Answers are collected and stored in the Data Mapping tool, where you have the ability to create reports, or again use out of the box reports for things like your RoPA. **What do you dislike about OneTrust Privacy Automation?** I don't dislike anything, I have features that I would like to see that have not been implemented yet. A true non-production to production process where you can migrate data after it's been tested properly is the #1 feature the tool does not have today, making you make changes directly in production. **What problems is OneTrust Privacy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a one stop shop where we have multiple teams (Cybersecurity, Governance and Privacy) using the assessment tool to gather informaiton about Processing Activities, Applications and Vendors. The information is then stored in the Data Mapping module where you can easily view risks across the organization, see how things tie together, spit out reports and perform better risk management. You can drill down into a single process or look across a department or the entire organization to get a view of how the organization is looking from a Privacy Risk standpoint. ### 9. The suite of modules in use so far has helped considerably in building out and streamlining our privacy & data protection operations across the organization. The Privacy Rights Automation module is immensely helpful in automating our intake and fulfillment process. The Data Mapping module is very detailed and allows for designing complexity around the business need (you don't have to go all-feature if you want to start basic). The assessment workflows also tie in nicely w/ PIA processes, as well as help manage assets and vendor related activies. The interface is intuitive and well structured across modules. The HealthCheck is highly recommended to get a very detailed review of the tools' usage and learn about optimization and enhancement opportunities. **What do you dislike about OneTrust Privacy Automation?** Altho user friendly and conceptually easy, such powerful software requires careful planning and continuous implementation collaboration w/ a dedicated consultant. We have found most module implementations very satisfying and successful (fun even!) but a few implementations were tedious work and didn't go as smoothly. OneTrust Support is usally quick and resolution is comprehensive, but here too, the exception to the rule is when Support doesn't seem to be on top of things. As for the platform availability, every once in a while the application is slow to respond, or stalls entirely for a short amount of time, outside of maintenance windows. **What problems is OneTrust Privacy Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?** The DSAR and Data Mapping modules have helped greatly with our recurring privacy activities.
