The One Trust Privacy Automation module is intuitive and easy to configure. The platform is reliable and stable - I have not experienced any outages or other concerns. Handling privacy requests properly is critical to stay compliant and I feel confident that this can be achieved using the One Trust platform. In the course of the 5 years - I've had good and not so good support since we did not purchase the Enterprise Support. However, I have been very happy with our new Account Representative and the additional features available for support (access to support calls, support calendars). The tools are configured with privacy minded individuals. Privacy Assessments are easy to configure if you want to create your own, or you can use out of the box assessments that are pretty good depending on the size of your business. I don't dislike anything, I have features that I would like to see that have not been implemented yet. A true non-production to production process where you can migrate data after it's been tested properly is the #1 feature the tool does not have today, making you make changes directly in production.
